Having moved from the Midwest state of Ohio to the islands of SW Florida in 1979, Dave has enjoyed the island life and an extensive real estate career.

 

South Land & Realty was established under the guidance of Dave Parilla, Broker, in 1995. While satisfying Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs, his knowledge extends throughout Lee County and into Collier and Charlotte County with his main areas of concentration on the Island of Fort Myers Beach and Southern Lee County.  Dave is very knowledgeable of the Islands, having lived and worked as a REALTOR® on Sanibel and Captiva Islands from 1979 thru 1995, and has since been operating on Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island) for more than 25 years. 

 

Dave has the ability to serve you in a casual yet professional manner in all phases of real estate. Dave considers himself fortunate to not only enjoy the many splendors of residing on the islands, but has and will continue to appreciate the opportunity to meet and befriend people from around the world, through his real estate career.  Dave’s career thrives on assisting investors, families, and individuals with primary residences, vacation homes, commercial and investment real estate.  He considers his life greatly enriched by those he's met through real estate.

 

Although South Land & Realty requires most of his time, Dave still slips out for some fishing, boating to the many surrounding islands, catching the awesome sunsets, and participating in the movement for clean water and local island issues. Dave has a somewhat casual approach to his profession and welcomes all to stop by and chat.  Dave usually greets you with, “Another beautiful day at the Beach!”
